Insightly Decision Tree Infographic

Project Overview:
Richmond Concept was hired to create a decision tree infographic for Insightly, titled “Should Your Small Business Use an Online CRM?” The infographic was designed to guide small business owners through a series of questions, helping them determine whether an online CRM system would benefit their business. The goal was to produce a visually engaging, easy-to-follow graphic that communicated the advantages of CRM systems, aligned with Insightly’s branding.
Design Tools and Techniques:
We utilized a decision-tree format, employing strong visual hierarchy with bold typography, color coding, and custom illustrations to enhance engagement. The design process involved close collaboration with Insightly to ensure content alignment and visual consistency, resulting in a clean and compelling infographic.
Outcome:
The final infographic successfully guided small business owners through the decision-making process, clearly conveying the benefits of using an online CRM. The project demonstrated Richmond Concept’s ability to deliver impactful, branded visual infographics
